At HairEterna™, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of our hair oil products, we can only accept returns if:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• If rejected, we will inform you of the reason and return the product to you.

  
  

  Damaged or Incorrect Items

  If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
